One of my services I do, is an As-Built plan. This is where I go into a house, measure up the existing house and provide an accurate floor plan. This floor plan is helpful for many reasons and situations.
It can be used for a kitchen / cabinet designer to provide a kitchen layout that will work in the space as is.
It can be used to plan and order furniture. Definitely order your furniture 6 months in advance if possible.
It can be used as an initial plan to conceptualize what the house could be with additional work.
You may not need a full home design, or an addition, or remodel, but my services go far beyond the obvious.
